About Our Firm 
Being long time residents of Baldwin County, Alabama, we have seen the many changes that have changed our county from a rural county in which farming dominated the economy to one of a modern suburban community to both Mobile, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida. With these changes in the local economy have come many challenges that face our local bar association and court system. We have seen first hand how rapid development can put stress on the court system. From the complexity of the cases to the sheer number of cases filed each year, nearly all aspects of practicing law have changed.
Our Philosophy
What has not changed, however, is the basic requirement of the attorney to prepare his case for trial. It is our philosophy as a firm to prepare every case as if that case is going to be tried. If the case should settle, then so be it, but we have prepared for trial. It is also our philosophy to prepare for trial as efficiently as possible to minimize the expenses and attorney's fees that our clients pay.
